Only users with the role can manage users within their organization.
The list shows, for each user: first name, last name, login email, role (Analyst or Administrator), account creation date, last connection date, last password change date, and 2FA type (none, email, or app). It can be .
Click Add user.
Enter the required information.
Provide a ; the user is prompted to change it at first login.
By default, an email is automatically sent to the user with login information, namely the access URL without login and their default password. However, the administrator can choose to transmit this information themselves to the user through their preferred channel.
When editing a user account you can:
- by setting a new value.
- , letting the user sign in with only a password — useful if they changed their authenticator app. Encourage them to re-enable 2FA from their profile.

User active toggle; the user can no longer sign in, but the account is kept for later reactivation. - with the
Delete user button; all profile information is removed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
