List of BlackNoise users that can connect to the application

Only people with an Administrator role can manage users within their organization.
Users list
The users list provides several key pieces of information:
Firstname
Lastname
Email used to connect (login)
Role (Analyst or Administrator)
Date of account creation
Date of last account connection to the web app
Date of last password change
2FA type (none, email, or application)
The users list can be exported as a .csv file.
User creation
To create an account:
Click on the Add user button.
Enter the required information.
Provide a default password; the user will be invited to change it during its first connection.
Ensure you provide the user with the login information through your preferred communication method (email, messaging, SMS, etc.): the login (email), the temporary password, and the URL (app.blacknoise.co).

User modification
When editing a user account, you can:
Change the user password by providing a new value.
Disabletwo-factor authentication, allowing the user to connect using only its password. This is useful if the user has changed its mobile authenticator application. Encourage them to re-enable 2FA within their profile.
Disable the account by switching off the User active option. The user will no longer be able to connect, but the account will be preserved for later reactivation.
Deletethe account using the Delete user button; all profile information will be removed.
Click on the Save button to activate these changes.
